Favour is a wonderful mental health care provider. She’s super knowledgeable from a medical standpoint but also very warm and easy to talk to. I also really appreciate how responsive she is. I have been a bit shocked in the past at how unresponsive some other mental health providers have been, but Favour has always demonstrated that her patients’ care is a top priority for her, usually getting back to me within a few hours when I have a question. I've been a patient of Favour for a few years, and she is fantastic. She is caring and knowledgeable. Even though it is psychiatry and not therapy, she still asks me about my life and family, and will talk more with me if that's what I need at that visit. I switched psychiatrists recently due to insurence issues and I feel lucky because it led me to Favour Ofoegbu. Not only is she warm and kind but she has taken such better care of me, cared about my heart rate and blood work, taken my insomnia so much more seriously and I’m doing so much better these days. From our very first virtual session, I felt completely at ease — she has such a calming presence that makes it easy to open up, like talking to a trusted family member.
